Description

One-of-one: this exact piece will never be made again.

The story

Handwoven rug, made in small batches with a women’s cooperative in the Atlas Mountains. Designed by Lemon Drops and woven entirely by hand using traditional techniques passed down through generations. One‑of‑a‑kind. No repeats.

The weave

Hand‑knotted wool. Natural fibres. Subtle variations in texture and colour are part of the character - a record of the hands that made it, not a flaw.

The colour

A considered palette of bold, grounded tones, chosen to bring warmth, energy, and depth to a space. Designed to live with art, not overpower it.

The feel

Soft underfoot with a reassuring weight. Made to be lived in, not just looked at.

Size

282 cm (L) × 180 cm (W) (approx. 9'3" × 5'11"). Measurements exclude tassels.

Quality

We are proud to offer Moroccan rugs of exceptional quality. Working closely with renowned Moroccan cooperatives, we ensure standards far beyond those typically found on the market.

Each rug is entirely handmade on traditional looms, knot by knot and thread by thread. The wool is natural and carefully chosen for its strength, texture, and warmth.

Because every piece is made by hand, no two rugs are exactly the same. Small variations in pattern, colour, and texture are part of what make them special.

These rugs are built to last. They carry the knowledge of the people who made them and the places they come from.

At Lemon Drops, we look for pieces that feel honest, well made, and full of character.

As with all handmade objects, you may notice small irregularities in shape, pattern, or colour. These are not flaws but signs of the human hands that made them. They’re part of what gives each rug its individuality and sets it apart from mass-produced pieces.
