The story
A one-of-a-kind piece, designed in collaboration with a network of women’s cooperatives across Morocco. Each square represents a different region, tribe, and weaving tradition—brought together intentionally to form a single composition. A patchwork map of Moroccan craft, shaped through shared ideas, materials, and making. One piece. No repeats.
The making
Handwoven wool textiles created across multiple cooperatives, each working in their own distinct style and technique. The pieces were then carefully assembled into one unified work. A meeting point of different hands, histories, and culture.
The composition
A shifting landscape of pattern and colour. From bold geometric marks to quieter, more minimal weaves. Dense textures sit alongside softer, flatter sections. Every square holds its own identity, but together they form a conversation.
The feel
Textural and full of depth. Designed to be hung or lived with as a piece of art. Something to return to, noticing new details over time.
